Comments
When a visitor to the site leaves a comment, we collect the data visible in the comment form, as well as the visitor’s IP address and browser signature as an aid to spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also known as a hash) may be sent to the Gravatar service to verify that it is being used. The Gravatar service’s privacy policy is available at: https://automattic.com/privacy/. Once your comment is approved, your profile picture is publicly visible in the context of your comment.
Newsletter
If you provide your personal data to the administrator through forms available on the Site, such as the newsletter sign-up form, the administrator of artmama.org will be the controller of your personal data. The data provided to the administrator as part of the newsletter sign-up form is processed for the purpose of sending the newsletter.
The administrator guarantees the confidentiality of any personal data provided to him. Provision of data is always voluntary, but necessary to undertake the action for which the form is intended. The administrator does not share the data provided to him with any third parties. Personal data is collected with due diligence and properly protected from access by unauthorized persons. You have the right to unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time.
Media
If you are a registered user and upload images to the site, you should avoid uploading images with EXIF location tags. Site visitors can download and read the full location data from images on the site.
Cookies
If you comment on the site, you will be able to choose to save your name, email address and website in cookies so that when you write subsequent comments, the above information will already be conveniently filled in. The cookies expire after one year.
If you visit the login page, we will create a temporary cookie for the purpose of checking whether your browser accepts cookies. It does not contain any personal information and will be deleted when the browser is closed.

How long we keep your data

Any user can review, correct or delete his or her personal information at any time (except for the username, which cannot be changed). Site administrators can also view and modify this information.
